Surgical Recheck

Benjamin and Ryan headed to Seattle Children's Hospital yesterday for a surgical check up. Benjamin's hip is looking fabulous and has made gains in percentage necessary to help keep the leg stable during future lengthening surgery. Another positive thing, Benjamin's knee procedure has corrected his knee at an incredibly high rate (the Dr's are amazed). This means we will check again soon via x-rays and possible get his metal hardware out early 2012. All in all, Benjamin's body constantly amazes us. He plays football at home daily and plans on returning to soccer this Spring. Thank you for all the prayers, encouragement and support provided during Benjamin's surgeries this last Spring!
