Out of surgery...

Benjamin did awesome! He was so brave as I carried him to the operating room. We had Milo the monkey in hand. Milo had an ID bracelet on around his neck like a collar. I dressed up like an astronaut in the funny scrubs to escort Benjamin. Everyone commented on how gorgeous his eyelashes were as he was drifting off to sleep.

The surgeon said that the surgery was a success. Benjamin is pretty groggy right now, but he was alert enough to eat a cherry popsicle. He's now cuddling with Milo and settling in to watch some Looney Tunes (Foghorn Leghorn).
